You can be confident that your package will be carefully wrapped and shipped in a timely manner where applicable. In addition, this site is constantly being updated and reviewed for the most accurate content. All payments made on this site can either be made by Credit Card or PAYPAL. If your item is a pre-order, this means that it is being manufactured and you will be notified via email when the figures will ship out to you. This process can take up to 90 days. The time covers manufacturing and transit times to our warehouse. This unfortunately we have no control over, but we stay diligent on all of our shipments so they do arrive in the most time and cost effective manner. Returns & Refunds:


Because the items sold on underworldfigures.com are extremely difficult for us to bring into the U.S.A., we cannot accept returns on non-defective merchandise and can’t issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different item. If an item is defective, please contact us and we will try our best to rectify the situation. In addition, these toys will be extremely limited in production. We inspect the products as they hit our warehouse to ensure the highest level of quality.
