    PRE-ORDER Policy and details

    What is a Pre-Order? It is an item that has not been released yet.
    We allow you to pre-book this item and pay before you receive it.
    Since we use Pay-Pal and Credit Cards for our Transactions, Your credit information is safe and secure. If you request a cancellation on your Pre-Order, we will refund your money once we receive the request, but there will be a 15% restocking fee for refunds/ canceled orders. There is NO GUARANTEE that the IN-STOCK item will still be available for your order when the pre-order arrives in-stock to ship or if your FIRST pre-order item would still be available when your SECOND pre-order item comes into stock. To ensure that you receive the items you wish to order we suggest you place separate orders. In some cases, we may also ship the initial pre-ordered items direct from the factory and the in-stock items from another location.

    All payments made on this site can either be made by Credit Card or PAYPAL. If your item is a pre-order, this means that it is being manufactured and you will be notified via email when the figures will ship out to you. This process can take up to 90 days. The time covers manufacturing and transit times to our warehouse. This unfortunately we have no control over, but we stay diligent on all of our shipments so they do arrive in the most time and cost effective manner.     Again, there is a 15% re-stocking fee on all canceled pre-orders that are placed. We encourage you to pre-order your items in advance to help secure your item when it arrives in stock, but we ask that you be sure that you want the item before you place your pre-order. Cancellations must be received 10 days prior to ship date.

    When you place your pre-order, we commit to getting those items in for you from the manufacturer. When an order is canceled by a customer, we cannot cancel the order from the manufacturer.

    All release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. The shipping dates listed are based on information that we receive from the manufacturers. We will try our best to update our website with any revised release dates. If you have any additional questions, please contact us.

    Returns & Refunds:

    Because the items sold on are extremely difficult for us to bring into the U.S.A. , we cannot accept returns on non-defective merchandise and can’t issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different item. If an item is defective, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
